REFUND / RETURN POLICY

We accept returns only for unopened and unused items.

Sealed trading card products must remain sealed to qualify for a return.

We do not accept returns for opened booster boxes, packs, or collection products.

Preorders may not be cancelled once shipped.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.
